During winter seeds, in their protective casing, have all the nourishment they need, all they need to do is slowly absorb water so they are ready to sprout in spring.
I would like to invite you to celebrate this life circle with a creative activity. It can also represent a kind of collective work for celebrating the rebirth and the new beginning that follows each end.
First, let’s prepare what is needed. Cover the entire surface of one or more tables with a large sheet of paper (200g would be the best) and fix it so that it will not move. Then, draw randomly scattered coloured dots on the sheet. Finally, display some artistic materials on another table or support (markers, coloured pencils, oil or wax crayons, watercolours, etc.).
A variable number of people of all ages can participate, but it is also possible to have an individual experience, more intimate and contemplative. Of course, the available tables will be proportional to the number of the participants.
Each coloured dot represents a seed that, after resting for the whole winter, is now ready to bloom and expand into whatever shape you imagine – not necessarily the realistic shape of a flower.
Everyone can move freely around the table choosing one seed at a time, and making the colour finally release its energy and flow, occupying a space.
How can the chosen colour-seed you chose grow up and develop? Try to “listen” to it, to leisurely observe it for a moment…
What is its expansion strategy? Through points, lines, areas, shapes? How is it going to move and to connect to the other seeds?
The development of any plant element depends on both the seed, the soil and the climate of where it is located. Similarly, signs and shapes will be influenced by both the artistic tools used for drawing and the type of paper that covers the table (and the social climate of the participants). For example, on a smooth paper markers will trace a kind of line differently than on a rough or wet paper.
Very different shapes will probably emerge and will gradually occupy the space of the sheet, getting closer to each other. How do they react?
Finally, the whole sheet will turn into a large flower garden. The work can be considered completed when all participants are satisfied with the result and perceive an overall harmony of the composition.
Above all, do not rush. You cannot force any blade of grass to grow.

Varje färg-frö kan blomma
Under vintern får fröna, i sitt skyddande hölje, all näring de behöver, allt de behöver göra är att sakta absorbera vatten så att de är redo att gro på våren.
Jag skulle vilja bjuda in dig att fira denna livscykel med en kreativ aktivitet. Det kan också representera ett slags kollektivt arbete för att fira återfödelsen och den nya början som följer på varje slut.
Låt oss först förbereda det som behövs. Täck hela ytan på ett eller flera bord med ett stort pappersark (200g skulle vara bäst) och fixa det så att det inte rör sig. Rita sedan slumpmässigt utspridda färgade prickar på arket. Till sist, ställ ut några konstnärliga material på ett annat bord eller stöd (markörer, färgpennor, olje- eller vaxkritor, akvareller, etc.).
Ett varierande antal personer i alla åldrar kan delta, men det är också möjligt att få en individuell upplevelse, mer intim och kontemplativ. Naturligtvis kommer de tillgängliga borden att vara proportionella mot antalet deltagare.
Varje färgad prick representerar ett frö som, efter att ha vilat hela vintern, nu är redo att blomma och expandera till vilken form du än föreställer dig – inte nödvändigtvis den realistiska formen av en blomma.
Alla kan röra sig fritt runt bordet genom att välja ett frö i taget och få färgen att äntligen släppa sin energi och flöde och uppta ett utrymme.
Hur kan det valda färg-fröet du valde växa och utvecklas? Försök att "lyssna" på den, observera den i lugn och ro ett ögonblick...
Vilken är dess expansionsstrategi? Genom punkter, linjer, former? Hur ska det röra sig och koppla till de andra fröna?
Utvecklingen av alla växt element beror på både fröet, jorden och klimatet där det är beläget. På samma sätt kommer tecken och former att påverkas av både de konstnärliga verktygen som används för att rita och vilken typ av papper som täcker bordet och deltagarnas sociala klimat. Till exempel, på ett slätt papper kommer markörer att spåra en sorts linje annorlunda än på ett grovt eller vått papper.
Mycket olika former kommer förmodligen att dyka upp och kommer gradvis att uppta papprets utrymme och närma sig varandra. Hur reagerar de?
Äntligen kommer hela pappret att förvandlas till en stor blomsterträdgård. Arbetet kan anses avslutat när alla deltagare är nöjda med resultatet och upplever en övergripande harmoni i kompositionen.
Framför allt, skynda inte. Du kan inte tvinga något grässtrå att växa.
